At Beck&D, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established a clear and convenient return policy to make the process as easy as possible.
You can return items within 10 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of any stains or damages
- With all original tags and packaging intact
To initiate a return, please follow these detailed steps:
- Step 1: Log in to your Beck&D account on our website.
- Step 2: Navigate to the “Order History” section.
- Step 3: Select the specific order you wish to return.
- Step 4: Follow the prompts to generate a return request. This will include filling out a brief form indicating the reason for the return.
- Step 1: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging.
- Step 2: Ensure that all accessories, documentation, and tags are included with the return.
Once your return request is submitted, a courier representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to arrange a convenient pickup time for your package. Please ensure that you are available during the scheduled pickup window.
- Note: If the pickup is scheduled and you are unable to meet the courier, please contact our customer service to reschedule.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- For exchanges (for a different size or color), please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear and swimwear
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
Beck&D provides free return shipping on all eligible returns and exchanges as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Regardless of the reason for return, if your request meets our return policy, no return shipping charges will apply.
