Shipping Policy – Beck&D

At Beck&D, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and hassle-free manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when you will receive your purchases.

1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, and external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹69 will be charged on orders below ₹999.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD charge of ₹50 will apply.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on beckd.in.

5. Delays or Issues
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, there may be rare delays beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or you experience any issues, please reach out to our customer support at support@beckd.in 

6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and will update this section once international delivery becomes available.

7. Address & Contact Information
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate and complete. Beck&D will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately. If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
